Alissa Moore was in total control of her life. She knew what she wanted and she knew what she needed to do to get this. She was incredibly good at working towards her goals, focused and determined were often used to describe her.
She had good grades, good enough to get her into any local university.
She had an amazing boyfriend, the kind that would bring flowers and chocolates on bad days.
She had wonderful and adoring parents and incredible siblings.
With all this, Alissa could not escape the feeling that although she should be feeling nothing but fullness and purpose, she felt completely empty and alone.
Determined as ever, Alissa decides to take a road trip the summer before university with her best friend to find her purpose.
How determined will she be to get there when she finds out that nothing will ever be the same after.

To Forget The Past (Draft 1)

31 partes Concluida

Everest decided to leave, to escape, but only for the three months she could before returning home and going to college; which was the last thing she wanted, to be where everything happened two years beforehand. Kane went through something devastating, but had no one to go to. He pretended things were perfectly fine, but when he heard Everest was going away for the summer, he found his way of escaping, and asked his soccer teammate, if he could come. Both running away from something, not wanting to look back, all they wanted was to forget the past and never return, but they knew sooner or a later, they had to, so they decided to make the most of it. { This book is cliché and extremely dramatic, if you don't like that, don't read it. }
