Tommy is not deaf. Every seems to just assume that. He's not deaf, he's just selective mute. Highlight the selective part. When Tubbo and Ranboo, chaotic brothers who seem to be all over the place move to this new town and meet Tommy for the first time they decide that they're all going to be best friends.
