His name is Zack he's a high school dropout working as a mechanic or at least that's what He used to be before he had a massive crash in a street race that killed him, but the devil himself gave Zack an offer. He couldn't refuse. He would become his ghost Rider at the spirit of vengeance in exchange he would get to live, but only as the devils servant.

Zack only took the deal because I had his little brother Joe to look out for who was disabled, and the fear of leaving him alone, made a deal that more enticing, so Zack agreed, and he became the ghost Rider
