The hated Commander

Azur Lane has had many problems with their commanders. Ether does vile things to them, exploits them for a better rank in the navy, or has died while in battle. With all of this, Almost all commanders that work there, only a few have survived. One day, the last of the commanders that AL has was killed but they ran out of replacement commanders. To try to fix the problem, one of the higher-ups recommends that an old commander return to Azur Lane but the girls hate him for a mysterious reason.
