Zoe Redding has always had one goal, and that's to make it to the Olympics wearing the team U.S. soccer jersey. She finally gets the chance she's been waiting for  when she gets invited to the U.S. Olympic training camp. At the end of the 2 month camp 5 girls will be chosen to join the U.S. Women's National Team. Zoe has never had a problem with focusing before, but with boys, drama, and being away from home she might find herself straying from the goal.

That changes until fellow USWNT players Hope Solo, Lauren Cheney, Amy Rodriguez and a former USWNT coach, Coach April Heinrichs, decided to help train Maire, with the help of Mal Pugh, and the other USWNT players. When Maire sees that being a soccer player isn't an easy job, she then realizes that there is more than just playing soccer in the game than to love it, but it's also the team's socializing efforts, and valuable teamwork, that puts the game in its place. And learn to respect their new coach. As well as one of their teammate's family members, who also decided to take on a challenge, since it takes two to tango. The girls along with their new coaches will have to work together, in order to put their goals back in the game.
