Children of the Wildfire

Skye is a young girl, at only age 7. Her life until now was rather "pleasent", that is until the accident. Her house, engulfed in flames, shone a radient red and oddly optimistic orange. She managed to escape, chocking on the smoke and ash. She was dirty and panicked, holding in her right arm, her moms smartphone and her bright pink blanket, darkened with ash, with her younger brother in her left arm. Her mother and father were trapped and the young girl smiled. Perhaps this is why the fire glowed that optimistic orange, beause the children were free. Finally free.
