!STORY IS UNFINISHED AND WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATED! You and your friends go to an anime / comic / sci-fi convention, you meet the turtles, depression ensues. Kind of a vent fic, and pretty angsty. This will touch on some sensitive topics, there'll be trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter. The main character will be a man and pronouns used will be he/him, also trans friendly with no direct descriptions of the mc's body. She tried to help the turtles, despite being confused as hell, but gets splashed with mutagen. She is, understandably, freaked out when she suddenly gets a pink axolotls features. Donnie was hurt. April had told him the truth, albeit with infinite gentleness. She wasn't interested in him, and was in a relationship with Casey. He was sad, understandably, but his attention was brought from that when he meets a newly mutated person. Look, I know that ROTTMNT came out, but I grew up watching the 2012 version, so I'm going to do a story on a key part of my childhood. This will not, however, follow the plot of the show, because I am lazy and remember the bare minimum.Complete
