In Marolla town, everything is blissful with laughter and love, that is until the day the bounties of the Straw Hats are revealed to the world. When Seventeen-year-old Layla Jones gets her hands on one of the posters, she begins to realize the true meaning of being a pirate. This gives her the courage she needs to finish that day-old boat, the Tacky Jackster, and start her journey toward the Grand Line. But she soon realizes that she has a lot of anchors weighing her down, will she be able to mend her ties and finally leave the island of Marolla town before it all falls into shambles...
