Heavenly Restricted: A Naruto Story

Minato never used the reaper death seal, in fact, he made an entirely different deal with an entirely different apparition. Not the reaper but,unknowingly, a curse. In exchange for the complete and total sealing of the Kyuubi into their daughter, they willfully stripped their son of any and all chakra leaving him unable to perform a majority of the ninja arts and condemning him to a state of weakness.

But Naruto refuses to let his restrictions bind him to a life of monotony, no, he WILL become not just a ninja, but the next hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village.
