This book is a collection of conversations, memories, and interviews about my dad who has run thousands of miles, survived cancer five times, and even survived being run over by a car while cycling. He's traveled with my mother, the family, and alone making record-time on a pilgrimage walk known as, "The Camino." I'll tell his story as best I can from a daughter's perspective and share with you what is has been like to grow up with Wayne Miles as my father..

I finally felt at peace, calm and free but the sound of a speeding car behind me jolted me back to reality. Then the events of my stressfuful day rushed on me like a whirl wind and I wanted it all to be over...
