What if Callie Torres had a sister? She was engaged to Mark Sloan. What if she lets her sister stay in hers and Mark's apartment after Arizona went to Africa? How her sister repays her by sleeping with her fiancé. They decided to keep a secret from her, but Callie ended up pregnant with Mark's baby and all the secrets ended up coming out. She thought that it was the end of her life for her who wouldn't, getting cheated of by her fiancé with her sister and her getting pregnant after that by him, but fate had other plans for her and that wasn't the end of her life. It was the beginning.
