It's a story of three best friends with their own stories: Maya, Tushar and Karan, based in 2024.
Maya, an enthusiastic forerunner in her academics, is shunned by the orthodox mentality of society due to prejudice of her association with her two male friends: even though she never even shook their hands!
Her desire to dance is also something that is dwindling and bleek when it comes to the future scenario as her parents are constantly on the lookout for her to get married.
Tushar, on the other hand, is first in sports but lacks stability and concentration on academics. The mentality of the parents of Tushar is brought to light by the three friends, towards the end about the Indian mentality of genius' definition of being just Academically strong.
Karan, is great with Academics but doesn't have parents and is brought up by his uncle and cousins. Though not great in sports or games, this geek is easily disturbed by what people say, especially his relatives.
The story is about how these three friends EMERGE to be strong and tenacious - trying their best to change the mentality of society about what should be given importance and what shouldn't, ideally. Whether it be areas of gender-bias, caste-bias, prejudice on economic and social development and so on.
In between, how their own insecurities grow strong, and they eventually overcome every hurdle onto their path of individual success.
