Ariel lives in a small town in New Jersey with lots of people she has known forever, but has never really had a good connection with. So she resorts to Instagram to express her deepest thoughts and emotions. In her early weeks, she stumbles across an account much like her own and she notices the account having haters running their mouths all over her page. She DM’s the owner and that’s how everything started. Ariel met Scarlett. The two became instant friends and during spring break of 2015, after 2 years of constant talking Ariel travels to San Francisco to live with Scarlett the entire spring break. 
Two girls from different sides of the country spend their spring break together and will have the adventure of a life time.

Orm was on a video call with her friend, catching up after moving to the U.S. with her family. During the conversation, Orm unexpectedly spotted Ling, a beautiful stranger in the background. Once back in the U.S., Orm initiated conversations with Ling, and over the next four months, they grew closer, realizing they had so much in common. Their conversations were genuine, and without realizing it, Orm had fallen deeply for Ling. They eventually planned to meet during the summer for a beach trip, excited to spend time together. When summer came, they met again and traveled to Siargao, one of the Philippines' famous beach destinations. They didn't plan anything romantic, just a fun getaway as close friends.
