You were the adoptive older sister of Mao Mao. Though the two of you were not blood related, both of you seem to be like blood sisters as the two of you act pretty similar. The two of you held a close bond and had a love for poisons. While Mao Mao used poisons to experiment for knowledge, you used them for combat.
But you are suddenly brought into the inner court to be employed as a servant, having to leave the pleasure district behind. A few years later Mao Mao is kidnapped and sold to serve in the palace just as her sister was. Hoping to find her sister in the inner palace, she later discovers that her sister has went from servant to a military official? While she later ends up becoming one of the ladies-in-waiting for a high ranking concubine, the both of you work together to solve mysteries that occur around the inner court.
