In this alternate timeline of the Cold War, the Soviet Union is replaced by a totalitarian system that rejects the freedom that Mikhail Gorbachev gave to them. The Soviet Union government ousts him out in 1988 and he is sent into exile someplace in the world. During this time, Soviet allies begin drawing plans to go to war against America and their allies. Two factions are formed: Western Coalition led by Ronald Reagan and the Greater Soviet Alliance led by Vladimir Putin. But now in a New world where workers are oppressed and leaving in technology of the stone age, the Red Bear is awoken once more, and nothing would stop it from liberating the workers from it's chains. 2027, It was a regular feast in the White House, with the 3 main North American powers celebrating the end of 2026. However, everything would change by then. The time hit 9:00 PM, with the entire White House shaking under everyone's feet. The power went out, everything was shaking... but surprisingly, nothing was destroyed. Soon, things went back to normal. However, that is when the president gets a call... a call from the Space Agency. They weren't in Earth Anymore... as America was figuring everything out, sometimes... things unexpected can happen.

She is one of the first to figure out that the grid will eventually fail, because of the vein of fossil fuel instability, trying to raise the alarm. When the grid does fail, she doesn't even get the satisfaction to say 'I told you so' before she is forced to collaborate in the TROIKA - a trio of biologist, engineer, and geophysicist that must find an immediate and then long-term solution to power the earth. Oh, and she has no choice. USSR, a cynic planner and injured war veteran, has questions. Torn between his eastern roots and western intelligence, he struggles to fit in, curb his aggression, and deal with personal loss. Instead of notifying the world of the impending grid failure, he builds a vast arsenal nuclear plants to power his land against the rules, and when the grid falls, his lights and machines keep running. When finally his arrest occurs, he finds himself in a unique situation, offered a position in the TROIKA - but if he declines, then a life of darkness behind bars awaits him. The goal of the TROIKA is simple: Be quick, be correct, be ready. It doesn't take long for USSR and America to loathe each other on principle, each with their own goals and ideals, clashing on everything from fashion to economics. Can they push away their pride and save the world, maybe even themselves? Or will their bitterness engulf everyone in thick, oily darkness forever? A single choice will ultimately decide their fate. Douglas now the "Dictator" is now in a difficult situation, He is faced with three choices, He can join the Entente, He may join the German Empire in Mitteleuropa, Or just be in a Neutral state. We will see in the future in where I think the United States might be in the 40s all the way up to the early 2000s. This will look upon the Life of General MacArthur as the "American Caesar" and how America became a super power again.
