Izuku Midoriya's life has been anything but easy. His mother is abusive, his father is out of the picture, his childhood best friend bullies him every day, and his favorite hero told him that he couldn't be a hero without a quirk, leaving him in shambles. When Midoriya comes home to see his childhood home burned to the ground, he is presumed dead. What will the quirkless Midoriya do to survive this cruel world and seize the opportunity of a second chance? I don't own any of the art included in the story; all rights to their respective creators.

For as long as he can remember Izuku Midoriya had always wanted to be a hero. All he needed was for his quirk to manifest and his dream could begin. But what happens when his quirk turns into something he wished he never had. *I do not own or take credit for the cover art*

It was just a normal day. Routine. As usual. A simple burglary, Shouta got hit with a Quirk, but it didn't seem to have much of an effect on him. What he didn't realize was that the effects of the Quirk would only develop over the following weeks and that they would slowly turn him into a cat. Now he needs the help of his former student Y/N to find said villain and get him back to normal - hopefully.

After failing to develop a quirk and missing the mark to get OFA from All Might, Izuku became a vigilante to save the people ignored by heroes and in danger during the night, all under the guise of being a normal highschool student and son during the day. One late night, after working himself to exhaustion, Izuku is found at his breaking point, feverish and alone, by pro-hero, UA teacher, and future father-figure Eraserhead. Will the world be able to look beyond the lack of a quirk and see this boy as a hero? With the help of his new friends in Class-1A and All for One at large, Izuku's quirklessness might be exactly what they need to fix everything. . . . . After his father kidnaps him and forces him to steal quirks he's forced to run away, Izuku Midoriya gets a job! On top of that, he is a vigilante! Will he be able to balance it all without worrying about our favorite coffee hobo plus a mystery person or a few? (You'll have to read to find out who) Or Aizawa meets his latest problem child and with the help of a certain detective, they try to catch him. Aizawa however finds out some interesting things about his problem child along his journey... (my writing gets better as you go on so don't stop reading because of the first 2-3.5 chapters) I also have a few YouTube videos for it on my channel! Just look up the Verdant Analyst to find them. You may also find a podfic version of this on YouTube, I did not make that but I am grateful to the person who is recording it!
