"The Wild" is a personal memoir of John Riffle's personal thoughts, ideas, and experiences. In this book, John discusses the ideas of the self, technological progress, and analyzing the schizophrenic motifs of modern society. John uses himself as a springboard, to address his reliance and upbringing during the most meteoric tech revolution of the late 1990's and 2000's, and to address his -as well as others- "Call of the Wild".
