Lillian Romanov was a princess and a well respected one. She and her family were living peacefully till one night when her entire family was murdered. Lillian skills may have saved her from dying that night, but they didn't protect her from the dangers of a certain woman.
Five Hargreeves wanted to prove that he was ready, to his father, his siblings and most importantly to himself. When time travel didn't go as planned he makes a deal with the "devil" that costs him a lot.
Lillian and Five may be the same but they're different at the same time. What happens when the boy decides he wants out, and the girl is assigned to bring him back not necessarily alive.
