Ravera wakes up in Middle Earth with no idea how to get back. She soon finds out that everything that happened is exactly like the movie - word for word. With her arrival though, things begin to change - slowly. Now she has to help them get the ring to Mordor - because the ending of the book isn't certain anymore. A young girl mysteriously entered the world of Middle Earth. There, she encounters the dragon, Smaug, Orcs, wizards, and the Dark Lord, Sauron. She befriends Elves, Dwarves, and Hobbits, along with Gandalf the Gray. After the battle with the dragon, she returned home. Now with the one ring calling to be found, she is summoned back to Middle Earth to save it, and reunite with an old companion. This time, wanting to stay with him.

As the Ring returns to Sauron, darkness engulfs Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli. Battles and dwindling hope weigh them down. Amidst despair, they hold onto the possibility of a final riddle from Gandalf that could alter Sauron's course.

Sequel to my book 'Child of Sky'. (Though if you don't care about the back story, this can be read separately.) Therith is getting caught up in another adventure and joins a new company of old friends, but also new. Diving head first into danger, she also finds time on the journey to develop a close bond with a certain elf. How will the two learn to fit together? Their fight will just postpone the deadline, by sacrifying many lives, and destroying many others. And by seperating for a while the path of two lovers, who are destined to meet again. Sixty years later, the elf joins the fellowship to save Middle Earth, once and for all, from the threat that are gliding above its people, for a long time.
