Strong Little Hero and Best Friends Journey for New Hearts

Hot shot is five years old. He lives with his parents Heatwave and Quickshadow. Hot shot is a very active and playful little boy. He loves to run, jump, climb and play. He loves sports too. He lives in Cincinnati Ohio. He and his family live a happy life there. However soon Hot shot starts to feel unwell. His parents take him to his doctor who sends them to Cincinnati Children's hospital to see a special doctor. There they do tests and find that Hot shot has dilated cardiomyopathy and it is causing severe heart failure. The doctor says Hot shot needs a new heart. Hot shot makes friends with four other children his age who also need new hearts. They become the best of friends. They all hope to get their new hearts soon. (Humanized)
