Seventeen Year old Kaia Smith has always been a surfing prodigy. She has competed since she was six, along side Wren Radic in Queensland. They dominated every competition, but Kaia moved to Shorthaven with her parents last year. Leaving behind Kaia's entire life, surfing, Wren, and her boyfriend Baxter.

Kaia now is best friends with Poppy, and has officially forgotten about Wren and Baxter. Until they move to Shorthaven too, and Kaia realizes how Baxter was good for her. 

Baxter was the only person that understood her home life, surf life, and well school life. The thing is, Wren and Bax didn't call or text after Kaia moved. They blocked her on everything. 

What happens when they suddenly have to work together? Surf as a team again? When she sees Bax and Wren? And heck even becomes friends with Summer Tores?
