Regina Lucille Rhiannon Natalya Deon Smith is the daughter of Lucille and Negan Smith. Despite Regina only being a child, she had to do things for money, so her family didn't have to suffer financially due to her father's expenses and the spending of money that they didn't have, especially due to her father being laid off and her mother's cancer treatment later on in the future. Negan wasn't the only issue when it came to expenses, it was also Regina's. Regina's schooling was different from the other kids in the neighborhood and her behavior issues only added to the mix. Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars was spent on a private school that was accustomed to her needs. Regina was always known to be a genius since a young age. At the age of 6 years old, the local elementary, middle, high schools had nothing else to teach Regina. Despite Lucille's and Negan's secrecy of the financial troubles, Regina wasn't stupid. So, at the age of 8 years old, Regina entered the world of the illegal life with the help of her old jail buddy she had at the age of seven, when she went to jail for the first time due to her stabbing a Karen in the hand and eye with a pen when out shopping for groceries with her mom. For years, Lucille and Negan wouldn't see their daughter face to face due to the "school" taking up her time unless it was video chat but even then it wasn't possible. The girl would send letters and presents to her parents who would frame everything until everything changed when the dead started walking. This is the story of a father like daughter.
