Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that. Let me know, I would love to chat and even share ideas <3 Daryl Dixon×Fem!Reader Things in the reservoir camp had stayed relatively quiet. Apart from some of the arguments that'll break out but you can only expect that when strangers take shelter together. Y/n was a survivor of the city, brought in by Glenn. You were thankful for the kindness from the stranger but the same behavior wasnt shared from the rest of the group. Supplies are tight and tension gets high everytime a newcomer is brought in. The Dixon brothers dont miss a beat to make sure and cause a scene, going on and on about supplies and how thin we are stretched. The speeches have droned on but no one listens to them, especially when they come from a couple hillbillies. Days went by the same, hardly any words spoken your direction unless it was snarky comment or small talk from Glenn. Changes started taking place when a fellow named Rick Grimes showed up.Complete
