Dark magic is the opposite to light magic not alot of people can use light and dark are rare. There are certian conditions for someones magic to awaken for example. One someone's personality is a key factor for what magic peoples magic affinity is two it's the way they treat others and how they see themselves. Finally the most important thing is what they want to be in life there goals what they want to achieve of course blood has a factor as well lets see what happens with these people shall we.
