Humans and Anthros lived in peace and harmony on the earth for hundreds of years. The United Anthro Nations (UAN) sought to unite all races of anthros and build a stronger relationship with humans. An era of peace and prosperity came over the earth. That is until the year 2037 when a terrorist group called the Fangs attacked the UAN and started a worldwide war. The UAN instantly declared war on the Fangs and fought furiously to destroy them. The Humans on the other hand said they wanted to remain neutral and not take any side. The Fangs didn't care for humanity and would kill any human they came across and, in some cases capture and experiment on them. After the Fangs attacked and destroyed all the western hemisphere camps. Along with all the camps in South America Humanity claimed that the UAN couldn't protect them and cut off all ties with them. Now Humanity is in hiding and even is starting to attack both UAN and Fang forces that get too close. Now the year is 2057 and, the Human race has all but vanished while the fangs now control most of Europe and are slowly winning the fight in America. The UAN leadership ordered that any humans found were to be taken to a military base for care and protection. And they only hoped they could rebuild what they once had before the war. (P.S. A 22-year-old human boy builds a suit of armor, testing it only to inadvertently cause himself to escape the Earth's atmosphere, drifting off into a deep cryonic sleep, after tens of thousands of days in this frozen state. Then, after what feels like a long time drifting in space, he wakes up, entering a planet, believing he is re-entering Earth's atmosphere. However, when he lands roughly on the dunes of a beach, he realizes that the world he has entered is not Earth at all, but a society filled with anthropomorphic beings. Thinking this might be the only thing that exists, he is soon confronted with an attack in their city, where they are saved by superheroes who happen to be anthropomorphic creatures with superpowers, adorned in costumes that symbolize themselves. It seems unbelievable that they are real. In my world back on Earth, they were fictional and mythical icons found in comic books, movies, and TV shows. After rescuing a superhero from an encounter with a monstrous reptile-like creature in the city, he retreats to the woods. He hides for about a year, living and trying to gather as much knowledge as he can about this new world and the superheroes it contains. He believes he is living an easy life, away from the foreign society. But after saving a school bus filled with anthropomorphic kids from a disastrous fall, ensuring they would not be left behind, he is discovered again. However, at his long-awaited hiding spot, he was in the woods. He was greeted by an anthropomorphic tiger who happened to be the director of the superhero protection agency (SPA) and offered him a place in it.
