In a futuristic world where only rules, facts and logic are valued; individuality, self expression, free will and creativity were made illegal by the government, who wanted to prevent future conflict, created by individuals with reckless and creative minds. They protect and train sensors, ready for the ban when they take back control of the government, that oppresses them.
