Second Chances

20 parts Complete

Aubrey has always played basketball. It's her life. Her passion. What she lives for. One accident and a few days later, she finds herself in a hospital. Yet again. Once for the accident. Again for her suicide attempt. After the accident, she was told that she may never play ball again. Basketball is her life. Without it, she is nothing. So 17 year old Aubrey tries to commit suicide. Seeing that Aubrey is struggling with the news, her parents pack her up and make her move half way across the country. Everyone knows who she is. So why would it help? "Fresh starts are good." Haha. Not when everyone already knows you. Drew Adams has played basketball for as long as he can remember. It's his life. When Aubrey enrolls in his school, he can't wait to meet her. She's a legend. A 17 year old legend. He knows what happened. Everyone does. But he wants to help her play again. Even if she doesn't want his help. Someone with that much talent deserves a second choice. Whether you want it or not.
