The story of two people getting intertwined with each other even though not one wants to.
Métis Castellanos - an American with Greek roots - is an orphan living with her friend Claire in an old apartment complex reserved to the lower social classes. Being in her mid 20's, she dances and bartends in a gentlemen's club. Disappointed by life in foster care and life in general, she just wants to live a somewhat normal life.
Sofian Zima - a Czech gang leader - is the right hand, the do-it-all for his father without the privilege of having a normal life which is the one thing he desires more than anything else. He has business in Tampa, Florida which brings him close to killing his father's enemy as well as maybe bringing alive a part of him that he buried deep down.
Could love be the cure to all?
