Wanna Be Where You Are

It's a cliché story: a girl meets a boy at a party. The girl embarrasses the boy, who turns out to be a notorious troublemaker at his school. The girl hopes she'll never have to meet him again-at least until she accidentally burns down her school, and her dad sends her to a new school.

Unfortunately, it's the same school as the boy's. And that girl is me.

That's why I find myself stranded in this dreadful place with a mop in my hand. After being expelled from school, Dad punished me by making me a maid at the summer camp of my new school in the middle of nowhere. As if scrubbing toilets every day wasn't depressing enough, I also have to submit to the world's most annoying dictator, Hayden King, the Camp Leader who can turn my life into hell.

But it's not Penelope if she doesn't have a plan. Next week, I'll escape this dreadful place even if I have to ninja-roll my way out of here! I definitely don't need Plan B. That is, making Hayden fall in love with me and willing to grant anything I want. Including helping me get out of this horror camp.
