It's been fifteen years.
Fifteen years since the rebellion.
Fifteen years since Panem fell.
Fifteen years since Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark disappeared.
And it would be another fifteen years before the unimaginable happened.
After the rebellion of Katniss Everdeen Panem lost power over the 13 districts, making the capital fall.
Everyone thought that after the rebels won, everyone lived happily ever after.
They were wrong.
After another long fifteen years Panem regained power. Wanting a change, they took over South America, naming this place New Panem, which everyone called NP.
In order to honor Old Panem they brought back the thing that all the people of the New Districts feared, and only heard about in books and stories.
The Hunger Games.
A fight where one boy and one girl, called tributes, from each district will be put into an arena and fight to the death.
There will be one victor.
One little girls life would change forever, no thanks to The New Games.

The Mockingjay Died: The Fourth Quarter Quell
When the laws of the Hunger Games were laid out, they dictated that every twenty-five years the anniversary would be marked by a Quarter Quell. It would call for a glorified version of the Games to make the fresh the memory of those killed by the districts' rebellion. Now we honor our fourth Quarter Quell. On the one hundredth anniversary, as a reminder to the rebels that the Dark Days only served to tear their families apart, each district will be required to send two sets of siblings. The new government that came with the rebellion Katniss started has been overthrown. President Snow's granddaughter is ruling Panem now, and she has proven to be more ruthless than he ever was. Katniss and Peeta were publicly executed after the Capitol took over again, and District 13 was completely obliterated. Since then, the Hunger Games have been harsher than ever. No. She was the child of peacekeepers; she was trained to fight, in special schools for them, and even her name was only once in the reaping bowl as she grew, no matter what she did. People like her would be 12's future peacekeepers, raised and trained on site for generations of their families to be sure they know all there is to know about the district they'll keep in check. ---------------------------------------------------------- She grew up in 12, in the poorest part of 12. She'd hunt for her family with her friend and would exchange some wild game with the on-and-off boyfriend she had, son of the baker, or her best friend. Her life was hard. Life for victors is still hard. Nobody wins the game; there are only survivors. Johanna knows that well since her win in the 68th game and her family suffering the consequence of her not bending the knee to the Capitol. She grew cold, distant, and snappy more than before, an angry woman, sending off two tributes to die each year, having stopped caring about anything since there was no one left to hurt to get to her. That was until the 71st group of tributes showed up, a boy and a girl born into the wrong district, to the wrong fate. And finally, there was a chance for District 7 to gain another winner in its small ranks. Finally, there was a chance for Johanna to open up to the world of feelings again. This game is forever known as The Hunger Games. Peeta Mellark, District Twelve's Baker's son, has been, madly in love with his companion, Katniss Everdeen, since the small age of five. Ever since tragedy gave him enough courage to ask for her hand, the unspeakable happens. Katniss's little sister, Primrose, is reaped for the death sentence. Peeta watches helplessly as his lover volunteers to take her place in the Games. Soon after, Peeta is reaped himself. He knows that only one will come out alive: someone smart, determined, and strong enough. And it would be his love. It had to be.
