A long time ago, in a far away land, laid a utopia where your dreams can become a reality. This utopia is called Rosas, located in the Mediterranean Sea. It is ruled by both a loving Queen and King who both have sworn to protect their citizens from harm. To live there however, you have to give up your dreams, but don't worry! Your desire could be granted...some day. A young sourcerer named Asha is the adopted daughter of these 2 rulers. She aims to become the next ruler of Rosas, but when she finds out that everything she believed was a lie, her whole world turned upside down. HELLO GUYS!! So I decided to re-write Disney's Wish. Wish to me was fine on an entertainment level, but it lacked any story or character development that would've made the film great. So I decided just to experiment with this idea of Wish had and use it to create a fun story! Even bringing back a character that has been scrapped from the development...

All credits belong to Disney, Benjamin Rice, J.K. Rowling, Molly McMurtrie, Wendy Wan-Long Shang, Leigh Harline, and Jaycee Dasilva with original songs and altered lyrics by Emma Weltner. While I wrote my cinematic Wish rewrite for all the disappointed fans, this is the rewrite I really wanted to do. I wanted to do my ideas of delving into the world of Rosas, having Magnifico mentor Asha, exploring the evil dragon book, and introducing Star later on so Asha could be more than a love interest. When I first saw Wish, I thought it could make a perfect television series with its fairly large main cast, multiple themes, and several forms of magic. I didn't publish this sooner because I had trouble outlining it until I watched Unicorn Academy, which had the perfect seasonal structure for it, and reviewed the film imagining it as a TV pilot. Parts of the cinematic rewrite will be here, but this is a Lighter and Softer rewrite, so, no trigger warnings.
