"it's like I don't even know you."

Scott Smajor and Jimmy Solidarity-Shadow have been childhood best friends since they were 5 years old.

They were there for each other the whole time: Scott was there when Jimmy's dad got remarried, Jimmy was there when Scott came out as gay, and so much more things;

But now they aren't.

Scott moved back to his hometown, Rivendell, when he turned 15 years old. Both boys were very disappointed but kept in touch.

It was going strong, but it came to the point where they cut all contact.

Then Scott turned 18.

They moved back to London for college, Scott excited to see Jimmy, but things were VERY different since the last time he saw his best friend.

Jimmy got a lot of new friends, mainly one named Tango. And Scott's feelings for Jimmy doesn't trust Tango and Jimmy as they seem to hint a romantic attraction.

Scott was disappointed, but needed help in Math.

Jimmy needed help in Science.

And conveniently enough, they were each other's tutors, which gave Scott a chance to get close to Jimmy again.

They were like a diamond; meet once, drift apart, but slowly move together and meet up once again.
