"The genius of Pokemon" a old mysterious book deceives people. A young high school student inherits memories regarding this deceptive book and is curious about it.

After being enrolled in a Pokemon academy as a first year student, the boy gets his first Pokemon and together they challenge the Student council of the school.

But what does this book contains that deceives people? What's the mystery behind it? Who is this Pokemon genius?
