"The genius of Pokemon" a old mysterious book deceives people. A young high school student inherits memories regarding this deceptive book and is curious about it.

After being enrolled in a Pokemon academy as a first year student, the boy gets his first Pokemon and together they challenge the Student council of the school. 

But what does this book contains that deceives people? What's the mystery behind it? Who is this Pokemon genius? 

The answers to all the questions shall be answered henceforth....

It will be based on the game and not the anime. It will have the gym leaders of both games, and it will be following the main three (Victor, Gloria, and Hop), but it will mostly be about Nebula. I asked my parents if I should write this and they said "yes", so here I am. This will be the male gym leaders + Leon × OC (yes, I'm adding Kabu. I'm going to stop here with that) except for Allistor and Bede since they are minors (Bede is 16 and Allistor is 12 in my story). I'm sorry if the description is long. A - The book crosses over with @Bossun24 's Pokemon Leaf Chronicles for 6 chapters. The crossover had been planned 1 year prior to its publishing. Q - Why is Leaf replaced by Lyra? A - Leaf is not replaced by Lyra, both characters are different in their own ways. I wanted to get Leaf out of the picture for a different kind of character growth. Lyra is Red's cousin sister, with Red being an experienced trainer, he acts like a mentor to her. Q - So time travel happens in this one? A - It does, and its fun how it plays out. Q - Who is this Masked Man? There was a masked man in the manga too. A - While the idea was original, a mystery man who structures every Team Rocket plan and assists Giovanni. I was shocked to see that the manga had someone named "Masked Man" as well. Q - Who is this Masked Man? And why is he important? A - A mystery man controlling every aspect of a criminal organisation and has been the true mastermind of Giovanni's every plan? Sounds pretty important to me. As for his identity, I was very unsure if I was ever going to reveal it as it was not very important at first until the second book was coming to an end.

Meanwhile, in the shadows, Team Plasma reorganizes, gaining strength under corrupt Sages and officers and led by Ghetsis. A what if I was in Pokemon fanfic. Once a upon a world, there was humans and creatures that are called "Pokemon". The humans and these so called "Pokemon" lived in harmony.. well, not exactly. There was an organization called "Team Rocket". Their evil boss, Giovanni wanted to use an army of Pokemon to take over the Kanto region. However, this plan of mind changed when he wanted to take over the Pokemon World due to having many powerful pokemons that he can use for his own gain. He theorized that there was a another universe that there was a world just like the world he was living in but different. He and all people was created by this world. He called this world, "Earth" and therefore it was called "The Reality". However, when he told this to everyone, they laughed at him for being stupid. Giovanni wanted to prove them wrong by forcing his workers to research about it to see if this so called "The Reality" is real. Few weeks later.. It was proven true and Giovanni was very proud about it. The workers told him that they'll send a portal to "The Reality" but however, it will lead to someone's bedroom but Giovanni doesn't care and wanted to experiment on the person when they go through it so he orders them to send the portal to "The Reality". Little bit did he know that this will change EVERYTHING and will regret it soon enough. I don't own Pokemons nor its characters from the franchise.
