Escape

Leana lives in a small mining town. Her people are not allowed to leave as the mines are necessary for their kingdom. She wants nothing more than to get her sick family out of there. With her stupidity catching the eyes of the royal caravan trekking through her village, Leana is forced to travel back to the castle as little more than a prisoner awaiting her death. That's not the only thing waiting for her at the castle. New powers are awakened. Powers the royals tried to stomp out long ago. Can she keep avoiding death that fate wants to keep throwing at her?
