Twenty five years after the attack of alien spacecraft, Earth is no longer the same.

Not for humans, let alone for me, who was born from a human and an alien. We are exiled because we are considered traitors and live on the fringes. It's not a problem for me because it brings benefits, especially in the marriage program that I have avoided for the past seven years.

The Center, which was our government, forced us to take a pill every morning to make sure we were always happy and healthy.
