"Wait, I promise you don't want to kill me" He said tugging at something under his shirt. She looked at him suspiciously expecting a weapon but instead seen a key she knew only one person had. "Where did you get that?" She hissed, fingers running over the antique key that had been passed along. "Your sister; she sent me to find you, and I know exactly where she is at." He smiled which only pissed her off more. Sheathing her sword she smirked "Welcome aboard the Bloody Comatose. Looks like you'll be joining us on a spectacular adventure." But some things he says don't add up, and he realizes the consequences of his actions, since saving drowning humans is against the law. So he gives her two choices: Never speak a word of what happened and go back to whatever life she despised so much, Or Come with him to an underwater city she never thought existed. After choosing the latter in a risky gamble, both her and the boy might be in for more than they bargained for when they discover the city is under attack. Will they be able to save it and the people in it in time, or will following the boy be a big mistake? "I am yours." Her siren's voice spoke, wrapping me in lyrics that I didn't know the language of but it didn't matter because my body knew the song. When I moved to the beautifully lethal seaside town of Long Beach, Washington, I never expected my whole world to be turned upside down. After a near-drowning three days into our move, my moms (yes I have two moms) are more than reluctant to let me out of their sight. But alas, as a redhead, I never could stay out of trouble for very long. Only the funny thing is, I never expected to be saved by a five hundred year old mermaid princess hell bent on claiming me as her mate. Nor did I expect everything about myself and my heratige to change. Yeah, I made that face too. RIP Kelsey.

There, above me, was the man I saved, looking insanely at me with crazed eyes and a mocking tone. His hair was stuck on his forehead and the smudged eyeliner created a trace of dark lining on his face, making him look hauntingly. The man gazed at my form in amazement and wonder before they captured mine again, sending an icy cold sensation coursing through my vein, making me shiver. He was frightening and breathtaking at the same time. "A mermaid, aye?" he questioned as his gaze trailed down the length of my body. Grabbing my arms with one hand, he caressed my face gently, his thumb grazing my parted lips before they went below my hair twirling a single piece. I struggled from underneath him when he let the hair graze my breast underneath my blackened hair. Grinning at me madly, my eyes narrowed distastefully as his hand touched my crimson scales, stroking the tail almost lovingly. "Is this how you repay your saviour, pirate?"
