Impediment

The main rule here in this momentous world, is that the continents and its fellow citizens are to pick their division, sustaining their life, and should give equal respect to every, single, one of these 4 divisions. It also has this certain element, which will provide you your life line.

Elements are to be used in times of need, careful that others won't identify what your division is. The Council of Constituents are the only ones that must know of these divisions, you're to be arrested when you've not fulfilled this major requirement, sentencing death and threats to your family. Which we wouldn't like, wouldn't we? Only numb and vicious people would allow that. Otherwise, the ones with depression. Failing to give ones need, yet, abandoned with the burden in their own shoulders, weighed in one's shoulders. Doesn't that sound like fun? Really fun?
