11 year old Annemarie Mace is one of the lonliest kids at her school, her introverted personality making her the schools outcast. So she makes up of a fictional character named Teddy, and starts to write letters to him.
Fast forward 11 years, a knock in the middle of the night changes her life, whether it be for good or far bad, forever.
