    It's been three weeks since Coralynn Bennet was dragged down to Hell and it was nothing like how she imagined it. It was a kingdom of skyscrapers but no sky. Demons ran amok, but limited their bloodthirsty tendencies to what they called the Chain District. And she has been spoiled and pampered with gifts from the one they call the Morningstar. 
    
    All of it was meaningless to her. 
    
    Levi was still unconscious from his wounds leaving her in the care of Sam and Des, whose normally psychotic behaviors had been put on hold.
    
    And Malachi was missing. 
    
    She wondered where he was and if he still hated her. 
    
    When it's announced that there will be a masquerade held in Coralynn's honor to announce her reign as High Priestess, she begins to receive ominous notes that reveal a plot to kidnap and use her power of influence to manipulate Hells armies into waging a full scale attack on the mortal plane. 
    
    Stopping a war wouldn't be the worst of it.
