Mamuju - Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Mamuju melakukan pemantauan, pemeliharaan, dan pengamanan kesisteman oleh Seksi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Keimigrasian, pada hari Kamis, 18 Januari 2024.

Petugas melakukan pengecekan terhadap kesisteman aplikasi SIMKIM (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keimigrasian). SIMKIM adalah sistem yang mengintegrasikan seluruh fungsi keimigrasian. Melalui penerapan SIMKIM, pelaksanaan fungsi keimigrasian seperti pelayanan paspor untuk WNI ataupun pelayanan Izin Tinggal Bagi Warga Negara Asing akan semakin efektif, terintegrasi dan profesional.

Petugas memeriksa instrument kesisteman yang ada di Kantor Imigrasi Mamuju seperti perangkat server, jaringan komputer, perangkat komputer pelayanan paspor dan izin tinggal serta perangkat pencetakan paspor.

Kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan sistem aplikasi SIMKIM tidak mengalami gangguan dan selalu siap untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat.

Pengecekan kesisteman ini mencerminkan komitmen Kantor Imigrasi Mamuju untuk terus menjaga dan memaintenance sistem pelayanan publik agar tetap relevan, efisien, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan dinamis masyarakat akan pelayanan publik.

Sementara itu, secara terpisah, Kakanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar, Marasidin mendukung sepenuhnya  upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Mamuju dalam kegiatan ini.

"Sehingga melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat memberi dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat yang berada di wilayah kerja Kanwil Kemenkumham Sulbar," tutup Marasidin.Tous Droits Réservés
