If the death of her Abuela wasn't hard enough to swallow, Fi just found out she's a witch and magic is real. Not only is Fi a witch - she's a Dark Magician in a Clan of Light witches. In a place where using Dark Magic is not only frowned upon but the very reason Fi was put up for adoption, she's struggling to come to terms with her new reality. To make matters worse, even though she can communicate with her dead grandmother - the only family she's ever known - her Magic is out of control. Fi must find someone to teach her control over her new, and powerful Magic - before she raises any more of the dead.

[Completed] Lux's senior year of high school had been carefully mapped out since her freshman year. Snag the lead in the school play, chalk up a few more volunteer hours, and ace her AP English class. Maybe even get her first kiss out of the way before she headed off to college. But her Memaw always told her to never count her chickens before the eggs hatched... a lesson she learned all too well when she levitated said eggs while attempting to cook an omelet. Now she's trading her chemistry tutor for a sexy potions master, and the only book she gets to read is her family's Grimoire. Of course, finding out you have access to magic isn't a terrible thing. Some days it's downright awesome... if only it didn't include being marked for death. Credit for the awesome cover goes to @darthowl
