No matter how dark a place is, there is always a little bit of light.
Remnant, its people locked in constant war with the Grimm. And they have been losing. Despite advances in technology the Grimm are unending.
And for professor Ozpin, things have just gotten even worse. His last hope, the last of the silver eyes are gone. They have been for 10 years.
But things changed 5 years ago. The Grimm changed. And now, 10 years later, everyone will learn why.
