Amity University Gurgaon, Haryana Campus “The Weight/ Power Lifting Competition” was organized in Persona Health Club on 4 February 2015 by Dean of Students Welfare for the hosteler. The competition consisted of the following events:-
(a) Bench Press
(b) Squat
(c) Dead lift
