For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it. | COMPLETED | The reader themself has had the luck of getting passed the "hype torch" on TikTok and has quickly rose to "fame." With said fame come amenities, such as invitations to social events with other influencers. The reader became friends with, what some would consider the most famous group of males on the app, the New Jersey Boys at one of these social events and has caught the eye of 2 in particular; although I won't spoil who it could possibly be (even though you can probably guess based off the title). And as if being related to one of them wasn't enough, the reader is moving to New Jersey to live with their cousin, Robert. This story is narrated in 1st person and past tense, think of it as if you're telling someone a story from your perspective. Also, some characters are fictional and you can either picture what you think they'd look like or go off of the photo references in which I thought they'd look.Concluida
