I brought her to the hospital for a fundraiser, hoping she'd play with the other alian kids, but as I turned around she was gone. I found her inside at a woman's bedside telling her her stories and singing to her. Sometimes I think about all the unlikely things that led to her existence. You and I born on rival planets, and all that petty crap that brought us to that one night on valentine's day.
