Based on the TV spot for Avengers: Age of Ultron, where Clint Barton/Hawkeye encourages Pietro and Wanda to step out the door and become an Avenger. This fanfic is just a little fic on what I imagine will happen when Clint said "If you step out that door, you're an Avenger."
