Meiji is an unfortunate soul damned to hell after an accident leaves him dead. When he awakes, he finds a book nearby, alongside a curious being. Powered by the ice the book gives him, he tries to find a way out. Set in no one discernible time period, Mei faces the horrors of hell, meeting many people who should not belong in such a horrid place.
