Some, he turns into vampire spawn and others are servants, magically bound to the Palace he took from his old master and the odd one he savors like a fine wine. The new female's fate hadn't been decided until he saw her face. Glimmers of a past he had long since forgotten stir something in his chest. He wasn't supposed to feel this way ever again.
