From the beginning, magic was the main source of power in the world. A fair chance for the world. Smaller chance for the people. Every noble and royal bloodline had strong connections with magic. As for everyone else, those who weren't nobles were mere commoners. Those who didn't have any magic at all were seen as peasants-the lowest in society. Commoners who had magic used it for the city. All for development. Nobles were born with strong magic powers. Having strong magic felt like a luxury for anyone who wasn't a noble or a royal. For the nobles, a tool.
