Lord Garmadon was supposed to conquer the world, really, that's what the whole point of this was, unleash the power of the Great Devourer (or something along those lines), bring Ninjago under the Overlord control.
He didn't count on all 16 realms merging.
That's the last thing everyone heard about him, apparently he had turn tails and run off many years ago, with now the realm of Imperium gaining considerably power over one part of this new merged world.
Now trying to control his evil urges and keep a low profile he has moved to a smaller city outside Imperium, the crossroads, with his son Lloyd and a group of misfit teens under his care, maybe, just maybe, they would be the key to getting an upper hand against Imperium... or the key to him gaining enough power to control all 16 realms.
He will figure it out as he goes.

Tldr. Kinda rewite/mix of a universe where the merge happened many years before the Ninjas were even born... and now Garmadon has to babysit a bunch of kids.

"You're quite the difficult one, Beojkkoch." 🐉🔥🐉🔥 After being kept inside the protective walls of the Palace of Secrets for years, the young Crown Prince of Ninjago sneaks out into the city only to meet a red clad ninja candidate. A very complicated relationship starts to build itself between them. Neither one of them is aware how significant roles they will play in each other's lives. Together, they are thrown in the deep end as they get kidnapped by the evil forces that plot against the empire. Together, the two must survive and make their way back to Ninjago City in order to stop what ends up not only causing darkness, but also great loss, agony and hardships. Together, they must defeat the unexpected traitor and restore peace to the land of Ninjago. This is the original version of my most successful book; Reuploaded. I originally unpublished it for the rewriting process and moved this version to a new draft so I could work on the book. Lloyd Garmadon, the Green Ninja and leader of the infamous ninja team, is one of the chosen ninjas tasked with protecting the royal family. He's assigned to Prince Kai-heir to the throne and charming in his cockiness. Things go well at first, but then danger once again emerges-this time inside the royal family's inner circle. They live far from everything, have little to no personal possessions, and lead difficult lives as their guardian's source of income. All they have is each other. One day, just as things start to become unbearable in the siblings' lives, an old sensei comes to meet the three siblings and makes them an all too intriguing offer. He gives them the chance to a new life. How will the siblings cope with the drastic transition from being neglected in an abusive household to living in a peaceful monastery amongst kind and caring people? How will their broken mindsets and crippling fears affect them and their parts in a prophecy? How will two boys both dressed in green find peace after a war lights up between them? ------------- This story is only meant to be a bit of fun for me and my readers, so it won't be as well-written as my other books. This foe was unlike others, he was the eternal enemy of the First Spinjitzu Master. Together, the ninja team work their way over to the island to try and fight them, not knowing that a small group, who aren't so different from the ninja, are already working on it.
